Description

This farmhouse was originally built in 1890. This couple bought the house for its old farmhouse charm and decided to invest in the home with an addition and remodel the existing space. It was important to them that they keep the traditional farmhouse charm along with modern upgrades and efficiencies. The addition includes a more expansive kitchen and living space. The upstairs addition includes an extra spare room. Our goal was to seamlessly construct the remodel in a way as to not know that there was ever an addition put on the house. This home includes many new features; kitchen with custom hood, larger dining area, living room with fireplace, new master bedroom, new mudroom and 1/2 bath.
