This exclusive event will allow a limited number of people to experience a premier wine tasting and food pairing event at a 2024 Lakeshore Parade home (home #16 by Schippers Construction and Blue Print Studio). Modales Winery will lead the wine education and attendees will enjoy 4 types, each with a unique flavor profile that will be complimented by local food pairings from the Farmhouse Deli in Saugatuck. Guests will also receive a private tour of this beautiful home, showcasing thoughtful design and floor plan elements. The Parade and Pairings event will take place on a special night, outside of Parade of Homes tour hours, and the cost includes a POH ticket ($15 value) to enjoy the rest of the tour.

Start by buying a ticket (or two!) online, at any Lake Michigan Credit Union (Scan QR Code at any LMCU Location for $5 off) or at your first home stop!

Guidebooks will be provided at the first home you visit, at LMCU with the purchase of the ticket and you may also view the online version of the Guide on our site below.
From here, look at our full list of homes and what area they’re in. Pick any home to start and make your own route! Plan your route YOUR way… start at ANY home. Make sure you check out all of our 18 home tours from Muskegon to Saugatuck and everywhere in between! Visit the homes anytime during the event: two weekends in June: June 6-8 + 13-15 | 12-8pm each day!
After (or during) your route, vote on your favorite in-person and virtual home tour (separate awards given to in-person and virtual home fan favorites) for your chance to win a Kitchen Aid stand mixer provided by Bekins! No information will be used for future contact- your voting information is solely used to contact the winner.

Your ticket is good for the entire event so you may use it one day or visit one group of homes one day/weekend then check out another area the next!
Virtual home entries (V1-V3) will be available online at the start of the event. All other home photos and video will be available the last day of the Parade.
